Although I could bore you with 20+ years of war stories, this one always comes to mind - It's how I helped a struggling tech company go from -£1million to an £8million annual turnover with 27% profit margins.

One of my clients had been nose diving for 2 years and despite trying everything they still couldn’t find a way out. 

They’d tried hiring family members who, with the best intentions made matters worse. 

They tried to hire sales professionals themselves, however none of their hires lasted more than 9 months

"As a young kid leaving school I wanted to work in sales. After learning some tough lessons, I started to love it and I was very successful. I ended up founding a business because of an idea I had for the world's first battery powered steam cleaning machine.


It was a really exciting time but then


...the Sales Director we appointed nearly took the company down


He spent countless hours trying to recruit salespeople and channel partners but he kept making bad hires.

We tried outsourcing our marketing activity, but it was wildly expensive, and my Sales Director didn’t convert the limited leads.

We tried sending him to exhibit at really expensive trade shows around the world and we invested in costly advertising every month following his strategy

We even got him an appointment maker and gave him a full time technical assistant, but guess what…nothing changed.

It was more than frustrating; it was crippling my company and had a negative impact on my personal life. 

That entire experience made me realise that I took it for granted that sales people didn't approach their work like I always had. 

It really doesn’t matter how good your product is, without the right sales professionals to take it to market, you might as well pack up and go home.

It set me on a path to discover why so many companies settle for underperforming sales professionals and why the good ones (the ones you need) feel impossible to find. 

I became obsessed with trying to solve this puzzle, I never wanted any other business owner to go through what I'd experienced. And after nearly 10 years of trial and error I’m proud to say that we did it. 


What amazed me is that all the things you need to know are hidden. CV's are often works of fiction and sales people can be very good at hiding who they really are.


So we created a unique process and hiring platform. We now find the best people who transform companies. We deliver the outcomes that they all want; consistent new business and reliable revenue from professionals who stay long term.
